More and more people are adopting the routine of cleansing their body. They have discovered that it is a great and natural way to ensure that their organism gets rid of toxins and other harmful substances that build up in it and prevent it from functioning perfectly well.

Our bodies are perfect machines created to keep a natural balance within us between waste and useful. Our excretory system evacuates everything we do not need and our digestive system fuels our bodies with  nutrients and vitamins.

Many a time, daily stress , eating on packed and processed foods, not doing enough exercise and living in polluted environments alters that delicate balance and makes us  build up in our bodies more waste than necessary.  Thus, we feel heavy, bloat, our skin looks dull and pastry and our hair and nails are brittle.   Through following a body cleansing technique, it is possible to restore that damaged balance and feel full of energy and healthy again.

There are multiple ways to cleanse our bodies. From introducing little new eating habits such as: lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, avoiding processed  and packed foods as well as caffeine, drinking plenty of water, introducing fiber and seeds to our diet to doing more exercise regularly to  buying any of the body cleansing products that are available in the market. Most of them are made of natural herbs and seeds. Isagenix is one of them and it is many people’s favourite.

But today  I am going to show  you that  by  adding some spices to your daily meals it is possible for you to   cleanse your body.
Spices originally came from Middle East and East Asia and in Ancient times they were used for magical and medicine purposes as well as for religious events. Spices were very expensive and only limited to the wealthiest families in Europe.

Garlic is a great protector for our heart and circulatory system and it also detoxifies blood. It also stimulates the digestive system, thus helping us to cleanse our colon.
Saffron not only tastes delicious but also is a great rejuvenating spice.

Horseradish increases the flow of bile from the gallbladder into the intestine and helps the liver to detoxify the body. It is also known because of its powerful diuretic properties.
